Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Vintage items are final sale due to their one-of-a-kind nature
- International orders are not eligible for return
- Sale items are final sale
- Gift cards cannot be refunded
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your item, especially for fragile items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund, and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
How to Start a Return
Please email us at hello@almostbluela.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
